What kind of materials do you use?

The majority of our work is sterling silver, 14k, 18k gold, and platinum. We also work with various gem stones.  

Where do you ship? How long will my order take?

We ship worldwide. Each piece is custom made to order, so please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery. Ordering for a gift or birthday? If your order is time sensitive, send an email to info@rusbaron.com with your details and we will do our best to expedite your order.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Because everything in the shop is handmade, once we begin to fill an order it can't always be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours after placing your order.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns with exception of certain products such as custom order pieces. Please read our returns and refunds policy for more details.

What is my ring size?

We size our rings using standard American sizing. If you are ordering from outside the United States, please check the correct size before placing an order.

What if you don’t have my size?

Although we only typically stock ring sizes 9-12 for men and 5-9 for women, if you send an email to info@rusbaron.com with your size and order number we’ll be happy to accommodate your size request.

I have vintage Rus Baron that I would like to resell - how?

Please contact info@rusbaron.com. We will appraise your piece for you.

How do I get Rus Baron into my store or collaborate with us?

If you are interested in stocking Rus Baron jewelry in your store or collaborating with us, just send an email to info@alexstreeter.com to introduce yourselves and let us know what you’re interested in.

What if I have a special order or request, for example a gold piece or set stone?

Please email info@rusbaron.com with a description of your request. Stone settings are priced individually.
